1. Tell us the need
Roles, shift times, headcount, PPE requirements and how long the assignment runs. Five minutes on the phone is usually enough.
2. We screen and match
We interview, verify work history, check references and run background or drug screening when you ask for it.
3. Orientation and dispatch
Workers get a safety and expectations orientation, then we confirm attendance the night before the shift starts.
4. Follow-up and conversion
We check in during the first weeks, replace anyone who doesn't fit, and convert the strong performers to your payroll.
