A local staffing partner, not a call center
M&R Performance Staffing is a locally owned agency on Buford Highway in Norcross, placing light industrial and service workers with employers across metro Atlanta.
Our story
M&R Performance Staffing was built around a simple frustration heard from operations managers across Gwinnett and DeKalb: agencies that promise ten workers and send four. We started with a small pool of vetted warehouse and janitorial workers, a phone that always got answered, and a commitment to replace anyone who didn't show.
That approach grew the business by referral. Today we staff warehousing and distribution, manufacturing and production, janitorial and housekeeping, moving and delivery crews, hospitality and food service, assisted living support, forklift and material handling, general labor and temp-to-hire placements, across twenty metro Atlanta cities.
We are still small enough that the person who takes your call is the person who dispatches your crew. That is intentional.
